Aqua Upkeep compares recorded tank data with available sourced species information and explicit rules. A taxonomy match identifies a species; it does not establish husbandry knowledge or compatibility. Unknown, conflicting and unreviewed evidence must remain visible.
Limits of recommendations
Guidance can omit important factors and does not guarantee that species will coexist. Electrical changes are observations, not proof of a specific equipment fault. A trend following an event is not proof of causation. Check source dates, coverage and your actual aquarium before acting.
AI availability
No external generative AI provider is connected in this release. Future AI explanations must identify the structured evidence and measured data they use, label inference and uncertainty, and disclose any new data processing. AI must not invent husbandry facts or treat affiliate payment as evidence.
Corrections
Use Account & privacy to report an incorrect source, observation or recommendation. Include the relevant tank, species or reference without sharing passwords or collector credentials.
