Current availability
The current beta is free. Paid plans and Stripe checkout are disabled. There is no automatic renewal, billing schedule or payment obligation created by a beta account or a policy acknowledgment.
Before paid service launches
Any paid offer must state its price, currency, taxes, billing interval, included features, trial terms if any, renewal timing and cancellation method before purchase. We will obtain affirmative consent to those specific terms. Existing beta users will not be silently converted to a paid subscription.
Cancellation design
Paid service will not launch until account-based cancellation and billing support have been connected and verified. The offer will explain whether access continues to the end of a paid period and when future charges stop. Cancellation and a refund request are separate actions. Applicable consumer rights remain available.
Payment information
Future checkout will use a payment provider. Aqua Upkeep will not store raw card numbers or security codes. Provider identifiers and billing events may be retained when a real account is connected. Contact the operator through Account & privacy or by mail with questions.
