Who operates Aqua Upkeep
Aqua Upkeep is operated by Velqora Ventures LLC, a Washington limited liability company, at 16320 N Napa Lane, Spokane, WA 99208. These terms describe the current private research beta. Paid service is not available in this release.
Using your account
Use accurate account information, protect your password and collector credentials, and use only equipment and content you are authorized to access. You must be at least 18 to create an account. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with service, or upload unlawful content. You retain rights to your records and photos; you permit us to host and process them to provide the service.
Research beta and aquarium care
Features and availability may change. Records, graphs, compatibility checks and recommendations can be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for observing your aquarium, independently checking guidance, and following equipment instructions. Aqua Upkeep is not a safety alarm, veterinary service or guarantee of livestock health. Review the AI and hardware disclosures for specific limitations.
Service changes and account closure
We may restrict misuse or suspend access for security reasons. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to retrieve your records. You can export your data or request account deletion through Account & privacy. A deletion request is reviewed before records or connected devices are removed; it does not instantly delete your account.
Rights and disputes
These terms do not exclude consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or fixed liability cap is imposed by this beta version. Contact us through Account & privacy or by mail to the operator address to raise a concern.
Changes to these terms
Each version is identified and retained. Material changes will be presented for review. An acknowledgment records the exact version you selected; visiting a page is not treated as acceptance. Paid plans require separate price and renewal disclosures and explicit agreement before any charge.
